Question, mainly for people who have already been through the college process

I personally procrastinated like hell with my college apps. I did both ACT and SAT so I'm not sure whether if I had only done ACT I would have felt like I needed to wait on applying. Basically I looked at colleges I wanted as though tests weren't a big deal (and for most colleges they are getting to be less and less of a deal) and picked a "safety" school and then didn't fill out any of my apps until like the day before the deadline. I hope this helps. (I did work on my essay before then, many people take common app so you only need to write a couple).
