Monday night K took Tigger to the emergency pet hospital. They waited a couple of hours... then all sorts of tests. Then more waiting. Nothing wrong with her mouth or teeth. Kidney count's slightly elevated but not out of the ordinary, apparantly. She had a fever and was dehydrated so they gave her sub cutaneous hydration

If she is getting dehydrated on a regular basis most vets will give you the bags for subcu hydration to do at home.
My roommate in seattle had a tigar who put up with these ministrations and lived to the ripe age of 26 (she also battled all the toms in the area, though as she got frail they all just came to pay respects, kowtowing to her hisses and never lifting a paw against her)
I recommend another vet visit for baselines and another check in a month if she is not returning to her glorious catness
