To me, she seems ungrateful for everything I'VE done for her over the years.

I know the feeling...my mom is the same way. It will get better once you get to college, I promise!

That's not even it tho. I cooked, I cleaned and I did everything for her after my dad left. I didn't have a social life. AT ALL. I worked, and I cooked. I made sure she had food for lunches and breakfast in the morning and what not. I uprooted MY life so that she could remarry. Because I wanted her to be happy. Now that I am, she can only be pissed about my room. And the fact that I'm not her damn slave anymore.

I'm sorry. You should talk to her about this. Not yell at her, but talk to her. It would be good to let her know. You have sacrificed enough, it is time for your happiness.
