They DO that?!?!?! Which airline is this? Also, in order to charge you $$$ for anything, they have to use a calibrated, trade legal scale. Anything less and they're the ones in trouble. And they'd BETTER be able to provide the last date the scale was calibrated.
It was the "Grand Canyon Scenic Airline". It was still a good time. And, they warned me several times up front about the limit and what would happen if I went over it.
I just wouldn't have bothered to try and lose the weight if I hadn't thought I was right on the edge of the limit.
Plus...scales suck...for reals the day I went to the E.R. I weighed more then 10lbs less at the E.R. than I did in my docs office ON.THE.SAME.DAY. (I trust my docs scale the most because it generally weighs me the same as my home scale)
