Oooo! Beef Wellington is a true labor of love! I've made it a couple of times, and YUM.

It was very good. But, it did take her a fair bit of the afternoon. A lot went into it too.

Only an afternoon? Wow. Had she done a lot of pre-prep?

When I've made it, it hasn't been a horrible job per day, but I started working on the bits roughly a week before serving. I am in awe!

She has made it before. And, she had some of the stuff ready. There still was a lot of chopping, grinding and other work going on for the afternoon...
