I agree with you about volume changing the work. In the past year I've worked on some projects where we ship 100 pieces a year, and 50,000 PPM fallout is good enough. On another project where we shipped 110,000 pieces, we got it under 1000 PPM, and were still working to make it better until the last unit shipped.
It's so neat that you made things. Even if the job was horrible you can still point to it and say, I made that.
Hyp is the same way, he put in glass windows in almost every vacation cabin in the smoky mountains around Sevierville before 2004 and he can point and say I did that.
I don't really have anything to show for all my hard work. I have no work legacy that goes on after I am gone.
