I typically have a hard time sleeping as well. I started using an old ipod, tucking it under my pillow and listening to podcasts when I go to bed. It helps my mind stop looping through every little minutiae of my day/week/year/life and I fall asleep reasonably now. I still wake up through the night but I find my earphones and am able to get back to sleep almost immediately where I wasn't able to before

I hate being sick, especially when it effects my dreaming (and I dream quite frequently, mostly every night). I hope you feel better soon, dude! Get some rest and some vitamin C in ya! *hugs*
