I did say somewhat loudly "I guess we have to use the self-serve".
As we were checking out, the manager said "I need someone to open up on lane 7".
So, I suspect the problem was fixed soon after we left.

Heh! Is that quidditch outside of the chiropractor’s office? Maybe for people who fall off their broomsticks and hurt their backs...
