I would really want to, but unfortunately I don't have any of Inoo's photos, and it looks like it's hard to get them :( *or is it just me who only look for Daiki's photos?*

ne ne, can I ask you what program you use? I've been trying to find a good icon making program but haven't yet :(

Just take whichever you want! Hehe

For the program, I used photoshop. I think it's really good for editing MANUALLY (not only using the template like 'sefia' color or frames or something like that). And the best is, you can find many photoshop's tutorials ! That's why I choose it :D

What program have you tried on that you don't satisfied with?

and I used photoscape (being that i don't have any money LOL i can't buy photoshop!)

it works, but I just can't size it down to an icon-based size

About photoscape, that's one BIG prob too! I've been trying to make gif actually, since my sister used it too, but I just can't do cropping and resizing it :(

I've never bought Photoshop too.
Why don't you just use cracks or something like that? There are many of them and.. It's FREE :D
