MAIN PLOT : Akanishi Jin is a famous Solo artist working under JE while Yamapi and Ryo who formed a duet group called Amigo is his best friends. Jin is very closed with his regular dancers Ken, Ueda, Maru, Koki and Junno. In one of the rehearsal, Ken injured himself and was instructed for a month rest. Now Jin need to find an immediate replacement and trained him for his concert scheduled in 2 weeks. Unexpectedly, a Julliard graduated student came for the audition and impressed everyone...
CHAPTER SUMMARY : Jin could not understand why Pi could fall for Kame. Not only Pi has always been known as the great player, he's also have always been straight. Jin who already assigned by Pi to become his cupid, wanted to know more about Kame to figure out what infected his brain...
A/N: Phew, this is one kinda tough as it is not as crack as what I used to write...But nevertheless, hope you guys enjoy it...(^_^)
Jin was still feeling irritated from his conversation with his best friends as he walked through the corridor heading to the dance studio. Pi was not making sense at all and Ryo was not helping either. Of all people, how could Pi ask him to be his cupid?!
Here’s the problem… Jin does not believe in love. To be precise he believes an idol should never fall in love. Sure he has been in numerous relationship, but not even once he utter the word ‘I love you’ to any of the girls. Falling in love will just get you in trouble and with his headache in work; he does not need any additional unnecessary problem. Besides, there's a saying that once you signed a contract to become an Idol, you already sold your soul. He currently dating Meisa and perfectly know he’ll end it sooner or later.
But, the most unacceptable concept of love is 'love at first sight'. What worst is Pi, as an Idol should no better than to claim falling in love at first sight. It is such an absurd idea. How could you love that person when you don't know a single thing about that person? Ryo might be right after all when he said Pi was thinking with his dick. Sure Kamenashi-kun performance was awesome and he himself could not take his eyes away, but to declare falling in love at first sight is surely out of question.
As far as he knows, Pi has always been straight. Sure there's a non-identify proverb saying 'a drunkard night might turn someone into a Bi' but sex is sex. He can actually accept if Pi told him he fucked Ryo after in drunkard state, not that Ryo will allow such thing no matter how wasted he was. But this is bizarre. Whatever infected Pi’s brain right now is unacceptable. Tiger don't change their stripes right. Or was it zebra?! To have Pi the ultimate playboy fall in love is one thing, to convert him is another.
Jin finally reached the dance studio and pushed the door opened. All the dancers were sitting on the floor facing the choreographer who was giving his briefing. He saw the Kame guy was sitting in between Koki and Ueda, looking totally at ease. Wondered how Ken would feel seeing his replacement getting along so well with his friends.
Jin observed the new guy further wondering what make Pi lost his brain. Sure he danced so beautiful and he’s undeniably good looking but he’s a guy for goddamn sake. He sighed again closing the distance towards the team. His eyes were still on Kame who was listening to the choreographer attentively.
“Jin, I’m just giving them a briefing about tomorrow dress rehearsal at the stadium” Nakai-san, their choreographer explained when he noticed him approaching. Everyone turned their attention to him.
He who was busy observing the new guy caught his eyes and at that instant he swears he saw the new guy blushes. He wondered what’s going on but can’t help it feeling a bit giddy. Which end up with him mentally cursing himself for being unguarded. Is the thing infected Pi’s brain contagious?
Jin held his hand out to the new guy. The guy immediately stood up and took his hand which followed with a sincere smile “Kamenashi Kazuya” the guy announced.
He nodded accepting the genuine smile “Akanishi Jin. You can call me Jin like the rest does. What should I call you?”
But before he could answer, Koki stood up and playfully pull him into his arm “Turtle-chan” which earned him a smack from Kamenashi.
“Kame will be fine” he answered sheepishly as he shoved Koki away.
“That was one hell of performance you showed us just now. It seems you have a great reputation and I do look forward to your future performance” Jin saw Kame blushed further and he can’t help himself feeling excited over it. Damn, this guy is good!
“Which performance are you referring to Jin? The one on the stage or the one with Pi?” Maru teased which Kame end up blushing darker shades of red.
“Ahh, I would rather not go there. Unless you want to” he looked directly into Kame’s eyes looking for hints. At least whether his straight or not. Well, he’s just doing his part as Pi new cupid. Well, that’s what he told himself.
But it seems it was not his lucky day as Nakai-san called for their attention and ordered for everyone to take their position “Come on guys, we have only 2 weeks before the concert. And remember we are still considered as short of 1 guy till Kame is ready to take Ken’s position”
All of them turned their attention to the experience choreographer and nodded before making their move to each own position. Kame walked straight to the side bench.
“Ne Nakai-san? Will Kame be doing the solo dance with Jin as well?” Ueda suddenly asked from behind.
“What solo song?” Kame asked from the bench.
Junno chuckled “Oh that solo song… The one so erotic even Ken was having his nose bleeds”
“Yes. But we need to give the video tape of the dance for him to study first before he can actually practice with Jin. But if in the end of the day it doesn’t work out, we’ll change it into something else then” Nakai-san explained to all.
Then suddenly Kame voice was heard from the corner of the studio “Of course it will work out. Just give me the tape and I’ll study every single move” he confidently declared.
“Is he always that confident?” Jin softly asked Ueda.
He can see Ueda grinned from the mirror “Always”
“Ne Kame-chan, please don’t use the video to masturbate no matter how tempting it may look” Koki guffawed at his own joke.
Jin stared at the mirror and trailing his gaze to Kame and he could see that Kame was clearly anxious to take part. Somehow, he looks forward to practice the solo dance with Kame. Wonder how Pi will react to it? Does cupid allow gloating to the client?
After the dance rehearsal, all the dancers proceed to the designer room for their costume fitting while he headed to the recording studio. Kame was the only one left with Nakai-san to work further on his dance routine. He had to admit that he did wish he could stay behind and watch the practice.
It was already 10 pm when he finally left the recording studio. He was dead tired and really need a long bath and a bed like immediately. Then his phone vibrated. He scanned the caller and sighed. Without answering it, he placed his phone into his pocket again and continues walking.
He went to the dressing room to change and pack to go back. Then he realized he left his towel in the dance studio. Knowing the cleaner will throw it away by tomorrow, Jin forced himself to go and retrieve his favourite towel.
As he about to open the door, he noticed the light was still on and he could hear his song being played. He took a peek expecting to see the team working their routine but he was shocked when he saw Kame dance all by himself instead. The younger guy was so engrossed in the dance he looked as if he was in trance.
He was standing in the middle of the dance floor owning the whole hall and moving his body to the rhythm. What amazed him the most was the fact that Kame had already memorized every single step and was performing the routine without any flaws. But somehow he could sense Kame was under stressed.
He carefully pushed the door open and walks in. Kame who was shutting his eyes while performing did not noticed his new spectator who had sneaked in and sat on the bench. Then when the song ended Jin clapped his hand which startled the younger guy.
“Jin, I’m sorry. I didn’t know anyone was still here” Kame answered looking quilty.
“Kame, what are you doing dancing at this hour?” Jin approached Kame and handed him his bottle water.
Kame took it “Just practicing. The concert is only in 2 weeks. I don’t want to disappoint anyone. Besides, I really want to perform with the team”
Jin smile “Kame, this is only your first day. Are you always this perfectionist?” he provoked with a smirk.
“It’s not that, I just took my dancing a bit seriously. I’ve been raised that way” then Jin saw there’s a faint sadness flickered in Kame’s eyes.
“I can see that. You were amazing remembering all the steps only in one day. But you don’t look happy at all” Jin remarks make the guy frowned further which make him felt guilty and quickly tried to change the subject. “So have you seen the solo dance tape?”
Kame nodded avoiding Jin’s piercing eyes “Definitely erotic”
Jin chuckled “That what’s they said. So do you want to try it out?”
Kame looked at him as if he was an alien abandoned by the mothership. But after awhile, he nodded to Jin’s relief. Jin unbuttoned his shirt and placed it on the bench. He saw Kame was fidgeting on the dance floor and he himself felt his heartbeat was ridiculously faster at that moment. “I just changed.This is my last clean shirt” he explained to Kame which was only replied with a weak nod.
Jin put on the music and position himself around Kame. He was holding Kame close from behind and position his face at Kame’s neck. Once the rhythm on cue, they played their character based on the song. The song played was “Lost My Way” which is accompanied by a vampire theme dance. Jin was the vampire hunting for his victim while Kame was his prey. The emotion showed in the dance was about the struggle Jin’s having as he fell in love with his prey. The urge that he need to pull back and the desire within him.
In the dance step, there was a lot of dragging, shoving and even caressing. A pure fan service he could say. As he was caressing Kame’s slender arm, he could feel his face heated and saw the same thing flickered in Kame’s eyes. They were so into their character, it was pure erotic. Then they reached the climax or actually the end of the dance where Jin pulled Kame down and pinned him on the floor and position himself on top, aiming for a bite at his neck. Both were feeling the heat of the dance and the growing in the groins.
“What the fuck is going on?” a voice came from the door which was abruptly open with a loud thud.
Both of them turned to look at the two figure standing with a shock face at the door. It was his best friend Pi and so-call girlfriend Meisa.
“Jin, how could you!” Pi exclaimed.
