It was still dark outside but Kame was already wide awake. He reached for his phone to check the time. It was only 6.00 in the morning. He turned to the other side staring at Ran-chan who was still in dreamland. Then he gingerly stroke the puppy and wonder ‘Wouldn’t it be nice to be a dog?! How I wish I could just laze around, wagging my tail and still be loved. Wonder how Matsumoto-senpai felt when he was in Kimi wo Petto... Momo-chan was so adorable!’
The thought of Matsumoto made Kame blushed all over again. He touched his cheek and felt the warm sensation. ‘Why am I blushing like a school girl?’ he wailed and pulled the blanket covering his face. He lay motionless for awhile. Then he reached out for his phone again. Still under the covers he flipped it and scrolled down the Inbox. Then he stopped at ‘It was totally worth the trouble’.
“Ahhhh!!! What am I doing?!” he pushed the cover and jump off the bed heading to the kitchen. Ran-chan who was woken up by Kame abrupt moves, followed him along. “Ran-chan, did I wake you up” Kame knelt down and patted her. “Gomene! Come, I’ll prepare you early breakfast” he poured some dog biscuits for the little one.
Then he walked into the bedroom again, glancing at his phone. He slowly picks it up and type ‘Ohayo senpai’. Then, he stares at the screen as if waiting for the next instruction to pop up. After few minutes agonizing, he chicken out and end up deleting the short message. “Ahhh! I’m losing it!”. Still holding the small device, he starts pacing in the room.
Then, as if in slow motion, he dialed a number and wait till it was pick-up. “Hmph… What do you want Kame?” the other person answered groggily. “What time is it? It’s still dark!”
“Gomene Koki! It’s almost 6.30 am now and I thought of going to the gym. Care to join me?” Kame replied cautiously hoping Koki would give in.
Koki yawned sleepily but slowly sit up trying to pull himself awake. “See you there in half an hour” he answered.
Kame knew he can rely on Koki “Thanks Koki. See you later”

It was 9.30 in the morning. Jin was standing in front of Kame’s apartment knocking on the door for few minutes already. But the only sound heard inside came from Ran-chan. Jin pull out his phone again and start dialing Kame’s number but there was still no answer.
‘Damn Kazu! Where are you?’ Jin was really annoyed. Off all the days Kame decided go M.I.A., he had to choose the day Jin planned to drive together to work.
He then recalled the scene he accidently witnessed at the lobby last night. He was heading home when he saw Kame and Matsumoto. They looked so natural together, it just pissed him off. He felt betrayed and insecure all of sudden. Then when he saw the way Matsumoto looked at Kame before they bid their goodbye, Jin knew he got a real competition at hand.
‘What if, Kazu is with Jun at this moment?’ he suddenly panicked, and then followed with a clenched fist.

The Arashi were sitting in the recording studio going through their music scores. Then their manager entered.
“Jun-kun, I got the item you requested last night.” He handed an envelope to Jun.
Jun was beaming so lively he even hugged Sato-san. “Thanks Sato-san. I owe you big time.” Then he turned to the rest “May I be excused for awhile. I’ll be back in 15min” he went off leaving the whole team speechless.
“He’s being doing that a lot lately” Ohno complained to himself.
“Ne, Sato-san, what did you gave to Jun?” Nino asked with a sly smile plastered on his adorable face.
“Your next Concert Ticket. VIP section.” He answered nervously.
“Really?! Wow, never thought he can act so fast” Aiba laughed.
“Is it for his girlfriend? Someone in the industry” Sato asked cautiously. He knew better than to pry but he was just curious.
“He wish!” Nino gave a smirked.

Maru, Junno and Ueda were walking side by side to the cafeteria.
“I don’t get it. Why it is always me?” Maru whined to Junno and Ueda. “It’s just not fair.”
“Oh come on Maru. Don’t be such a girl!” Ueda teased further. “It’s good for the rating.”
“Ehh?! That sound so wrong coming out from you” Junno laughed.
Then they saw Jin running and patting frantically towards them. He was all flushed as if he had run a mile “Where’s Kame? Is he with Matsumoto senpai?”
All three of them looked at each other and exclaimed in unison “Ehh?!”
“Why Matsumoto senpai?” Junno was being direct unaware of the thick atmosphere.
“Oh just answer me will you” Jin snapped.
“Whoa Jin! Cool down man! Kame is with someone right now, but definitely not Matsumoto senpai. Both Koki and Kame are sound asleep in our room. Guess they went for early work out and are resting now” Maru answered cautiously avoiding any unnecessary friction.
Jin stares at three of them for a moment and then rushed off without a word.
“What’s going on?” Ueda muttered softly.
They continue their paced in silent. Then suddenly Jun appeared out of nowhere with a big grin too flashy for his own good “Morning!” he greeted them.
“Morning senpai” all three were very wary this time.
“Can I ask a favor from you?” Jun asked. But without waiting for a reply he handed a small envelop to Ueda “Can you pass this to Kame. It’s quite urgent”
Ueda nodded slightly and took the envelope. “Thanks!” was Jun’s last word as he dashed off.
“Huh! What’s happening here?” Junno asked quietly
“I’m not sure, but things might get messy.” Maru stated looking quite worried.
“Better warn Koki as well.” Ueda added, not knowing that Koki already caught in the mess at that moment.

Jin rushed into their room with an undeniable rage. He saw Kame’s body curled on the sofa while Koki was on the floor next to him. Both were sound asleep. Jun shoved Koki’s leg aside and tried to wake Kame up.
“Hey, what’s going on?” Koki sit up and start rubbing his eyes. He stared at Jin and start stretching.
Jin ignored Koki “Kame wake up!” he called a bit too rough for Koki approval.
“Hey what’s your problem? Let him sleep, will you.” Koki protested.
Then Kame slowly woke up staring straight at Jin in confusion. “Jin?!” he called softly.
“Where were you this morning? I went to your place but no one was there” Jin asked ignoring the fact that Kame was not fully awake yet.
“Huh?!” Kame sit up facing Jin. He noticed Koki was standing not too far away ready to punch Jin if require. He turned to face Koki and silently assured him he’s going to be alright. Then as if on cue, Koki took a step back.
“I went for early work out with Koki” he answered. “Why were you at my apartment?”
“I thought of driving with you to office. But I guess you got someone else to keep you busy” Jin snarled not realizing Kame’s face turned from tender to hurtful.
“Jin, what’s going on?” Kame reached out to touch Jin’s hand but he pushed it aside.
Then, Maru, Ueda and Junno entered the room. They looked at Jin and Kame and secretly thankful for not being in Koki position.
Ueda hesitated for awhile, but then he bravely walks towards Kame and handed him the envelope. “For you from Matsumoto senpai” Ueda spoke calmly ignoring Jin’s enraged.
But before Kame could do anything, Jin had already snatched the envelope from Ueda. Without hesitation, he opens the envelope and pulls out the contents. The rest of his band mates were shocked with his inconsiderate action.
“Hey, that’s mine” Kame tried to snatch it back but failed miserably.
Then, unexpectedly, Jin tore it to pieces and walked out of the room.
Kame was on the verge of tear, carefully picked up the pieces one by one. The rest of the guys, sit quietly not sure how to react to the whole situation.
