I am so. Loving. This. I can't conceive how it couldn't be ready for public posting, because it is just that good. I copied so many lines that made me stop and laugh (or in one case, smile happily) that I can't post them all w/o just retreading your work, but some highest highlights were:
* he'd run with that (run, tripped over, and coated the walls with it).
* (actually on the menu)
* “Yeah, but half-humanly possible on his mothers side doesn't have the same sort of ring to it"
* "Not so much” (that just sounds so Whedonesque!)
AND:
* “Do you want to hit me?”
“Not yet.”

And while I adore Rayne, I also adore SpaceAnJL's TPP, and if this is her carrot, I have nooo problem with this being, say, PRE-Rayne, so as to not distress her :-) Author's choice, though! THANK YOU!

love love the firefly/bbt thing! few questions, mainly though, is Sheldon making plans and contingency plans? Are they is the future indefinitely? How will River react?

I've just discovered this "Big Bang Theory"/"Firefly" crossover of yours, and I'm loving it! I especially appreciate your little touches of pre-Rayne-ish hints (or just an appreciation for the work of nature that is Jayne), and the affectionate way you portray Penny's attempts to take care of Sheldon.
