You and all the angst! A glutten for emotional punishment, you are! Then again, what am I for knowing your work and keep coming back for more? *grin* Beautiful work, as always.

I know! And yet you continue to read despite knowing this. It's cathartic.

Have I told you lately how much I *love* your work? Well I do! =) This story reminds me of Michael Buble's song "Home" which I adore. My fav lines are about the green jumper, dancing eyes and him smelling of spices, earth, time, and male. I can see it, smell it, taste it and feel it. *So good, I love it* =)

So, I've now read this fic four times over the past two days and I haven't once been able to finish it without nearly crying.

I especially love 'Exchanged for a bright grin and some sparkling wrapping.' So heart-wrenching! This one will be added to my memories.

Nine is love.

*sniffle* I loved Rose's maturity as she realized that Jackie and Mickey and her dad really couldn't be home for her anymore because her life has changed perspective too dramatically to go back, but it was still heartbreaking for her to think her home is dead. Come on, Rose, a bright grin and sparkling wrapping can be home, too! *see the pretty sparkling wrapping . . . love the pretty sparkling wrapping*
:-)
