I love the Bloomington Freecycle group. A week or so back, I got 2 silk lampshades of some 50 yrs+ age, they're so nice. Some books came across last week, and I was intrigued. Man, I love freecycle, but I never. get. anything. I am too slow!

I know, there are way more misses than hits. I'm still bitter about the treadle sewing machine.

But it helps to be home a lot and checking e-mail compulsively. I'm guessing this group does *nothing* for my inability to stay off the internet and deal with the real world like an adult. So, maybe you should wear your failure to get anything like a badge of honor :)
