Weight loss is always a struggle. Exercise as much as you can, including walking a lot and no sauntering. Being in front of a computer only made my weight gain worse (but I can't seem to stop!).

Good luck with this. I'm sure you can do it.

in the last couple of years I've lost 90lbs ish (I can't be sure how much exactly cause I'm not sure how heavy I was when I started, but I was a size twenty and now I'm a size ten). Honestly I did it by counting calories, walking my dog a lot (I'm lucky I live in an area where I can do everything I need to by walking - lots and lots of exercise right there) and drinking lots of water. Google 'calorie calculator' and you'll come across a couple of websites that allow you to input your height, weight, age and rate of exercise, and it'll tell you roughly how many calories you need to consume to maintain weight, gain wait or lose weight - after that it's really just a matter of staying within those parametres, eating the right things so that you keep your metabolism up and get all your nutrients despite eating less. Also lots and LOTS of water because your body will retain a lot of stuff if you're dehydrated - you need to be constantly washing it through your system ( ... )
