A/N: This is for the episode Sam, Interrupted on the summer_sam_love  Celebration.  Much thanks to sendintheklowns  for the beta help and for her general love of drugged up Sam.  After writing this, I have to admit, I’m sort of envious of Sam and his drugs :)  Although I have no idea if my drugged up Sam sounds drugged or just OOC.

I have to admit, I really liked writing this one. I haven't struggle with any of the ones I've written, but this one was especially engaging to write.

I love the style, how you just drift with his thoughts as they bounce from one topic to the next, and send Sam from giggling to crying to giggling again. It felt really in character for me, in character but on drugs. It’s so sad that Sam’s sense of failure and self loathing just keeps getting bigger without anyone noticing or ever mentioning it when it’s such a huge part of what makes Sam Sam. So thank you for getting into his head and getting it out there.

Sometimes writing stream of consciousness fics is just really liberating. It's like writing without a filter and I so enjoy that from time to time :)

With this one, I really wasn't sure if it was in character, so I'm glad it felt right to you. Though the show never really did Sam justice, which still gets me.
