Hey - loving this. I have been hanging out for the updates - I'm just a bit slack with the comments. I love the way you write the boys, and of course, lovely limp!Sam.
Every time I get to the end of one of your chapters, I am dying for the next one. I loved this chapter. I especially liked when Dean told Grace that he knows exactly how she feels because he is responsible for Sam and doesn't know what he would do if something happened to Sam either.
I also felt bad for the kids finding out that the things that go bump in the night are real. I liked that Sam was the one to tell them because he does understand what it's like to know about these things. I'm sure that it would upset him that the kids are losing some of their innocence though :(
You totally flatter me--and it makes me feel warm and fuzzy!
Dean's focus is totally on Sam nine times out of ten, and I'm pretty sure he could only handle so much moaning from someone else before he just tells them that he GETS it much better than they do. Sam's his LIFE. He needs Sam.
I considered having Sam not tell the kids the truth, but I just couldn't believe that--it didn't seem like Sam, especially considering some of what's to come... :)

Great stuff. Poor kids, having thier innocence stripped away - and isn't that something that Sam can understand. *sniff sniff*

And you're right, I don't think Sam would lie either.
