I LOVE the fact people are addressing this "victim blaming" in the whole positive thinking dogma that has arisen! Thanks for posting!
The universe is not a cosmic cash machine we can push to produce for us! There are over 7 BILLION people on a planet that can only sustain maybe 1 billion-- that means everyone will NOT get what they want. If you are already well off, positive thinking is all you need.
... the rest of us need considerably more than that!
