Non-refrigerated keeps this side of forever as well. The British Navy carried wooden barrels of lime juice (to prevent scurvy) and those lasted for many months.
Lemon and lime juice are too acid for most bacteria. And they aren't really friendly to molds either.
Remember, high acidity is why pickles (and other pickled products) stored for long periods before refrigeration.
