The rent has been more than you could afford since you moved in. If I'd known how high it was I'd have talked you out of the place.

That said, do be careful. Also, don't forget to let them know you are on a waiting list for Section 8 housing, so they'll know that you may be moving anyway in a few months.

On the plus side, this means we can get you moved more easily when your name comes up on the list. Be able to rent a van or something to move stuff.
