Actually, what amuses me about seanan-mcguire's LJ is that apart from strays like this one, every single one of her posts is - an ad.

The product? Herself. Every post is an advertisement for the irresistable buy-my-latest-book awesomeness that is Whatsername. Even her icons are images of herself or the titles of her books. She is her own PR flack, churning out press releases nonstop.
