TO SUM THINGS UP

This past week was so full of UPS and DOWNS, it's hard for me to believe. I had an awesome time in DC at American, but came back here Monday morning feeling SO confused about my life/where i should be/what i should be doing AND very stressed about my paper which was due Wednesday. • to have $6,000 magically appear so that i can pay off the RIAA and not feel really really bad for my parents, who unknowingly raised a criminal daughter and, as a result, are now in a very lot of debt.
  
• to be skinnier
• to be done with my Huck Finn morality paper that i still havent started (and  is due Friday)

i went to AU for the weekend and it was weird
i missed the simplicity, but not the drama
i missed the dorm life but not shared bathrooms

a cute boy kissed me and said i was beautiful
and it made me feel better,
and now i guess we're getting married,
and our future sounds pretty sick haha:

TODAY is such a beautiful day
i wish all days were like this one from now on.
i woke up and ate brie & crackers with my brother
then put on my favorite dress and walked to URBN.
i bought a bright yellow pocketbook with a bow on the front to match my mood
i opened my windows wide and took out the garbage and just felt nice about life

i made a new livejournal because i realized after 2 years that my old journal username (AliceAyers) was spelt incorrectly.
in fact, the character played by natalie portman in the film Closer, i.e. my lj's namesake, was called Alice Ayres.
i realized i'd been living a lie, and that needed to change. so now i have a new journal with a sort of cute ( Read more... )
