The reason you can't see it is because it was posted to the maryrenaultfics LJ community after the community rules changes so that most of the posts can be read by 'members only'.
If you are not already a member and can only read the back-posts maryrenaultfics looks inactive. But that is misleading, as it is actually pretty active and has a lot of fan-fiction on it (as well as book discussions - there have been three about The Charioteer and one about Purposes of Love, as well as others about some of Renault's historical novels.
