Norwegian Airlines is great. Expect no English speakers for the whole duration of your trip. And, you probably are going to be driving stick shift. Skip the Capital -- it's a real dump.

We went way south to St. Anne - great beaches. French markets, french cheese, french wine are in every supermarket -- excellent! The temperature is amazing.

I'm leaning towards staying in pointe de boute. And, sorry, but I will visit the Capital, as it has a library designed by Eiffel (or tower fame).
