Lost little guy

This cute guy's cousin was sitting on the back steps to the library. He was healthy and cute but scared out of his mind. We called animal control and a dude in a Subaru came by with a cage and will be taking him to more appropriate pastures.

It's usually not a good sign if a nocturnal animal is hanging out in the daylight. :\

The guy from Medford Animal Control said it's normal during this time of year for them to be out, they're foraging and preparing for the winter.

He was totally healthy, but we were concerned about the same thing.
