I spent all day yesterday in the beauty crucible while the spunky and tireless Leala covered my entire head with a billion teeny tiny locks of real human hair. Anyone who doesn’t give a damn about this kind of hardcore femme-science can probably skip the photo set documenting my hair adventure

You are both so very patient! I have only ever had extensions braided in to a fraction of my hair -- not my whole head -- and even that took several restless hours.

She did an amazing job though. Very meticulous and neat, and well-matched to your own hair -- which I was surprised to see so blonde! I knew you had lightened your hair but my mental picture (informed by not-so-recent author photos) is way out of date.
