I'm moving to Orange, CA on the 19th - but on the way, I'm visiting an old HS buddy in Florida the 17th. Of course, this means I will be at the next Resurrection, wearing the new costume

Well at least you won't be too far from the beach. Just be warned, SoCal is expensive and very crowded. It will definitely take some immersion adjustment to get used to the West Coast and its madness.

I know about the higher cost of living, and I'm not going it alone. My business partner and manager will make sure I'm ok. As to getting adjusted... let's just say I haven't felt like I belong on this side. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on this, since you're over there and I'm not =)

My contact out there says it's very inhospitable though. Like, worse than NY. What's your opinion?
