-Is this an elasticized waist? And is it a normal empire waist right under the chest, or is it that 'dropped empire waist' kind?

it has some stretch, it still fits me at a 20/22 with some room. There is supposed to be a belt with it but when I bought it, there wasn't. I would say it hits a little under the boobs but it's definitely not a drop waist.

I have never worn it but when I tried it on it was longer than what it looks like on the model, I'm 5'10ish and it was long enough for me to wear to the office without feeling weird about it. I can measure it when I get home tonight, if you want.

Hey! To be honest, in pants I'm not sure what exact size I am, I wear a 22 in Old Navy jeans and these fit well, they were just a little weird looking on me/not as highwaisted as I wanted.
