I wore this dress to spend the day with my sweetie on his birthday. It is from the old Eloquii line & I am in LOVE with it. I nearly bought it from Gwynnie Bee, but decided against it because I thought I could always get it again from them. Then they retired it and immediately sold out of it in my size. Sadness. I felt pretty the whole time I was ( Read more... )

It is pretty fabulous. At least my best friend was able to get it in her size.

Thanks! My best friend Kate *was* my girlfriend back when we met in 1999, and I still adore her...but we are better as friends. Understandable you would think that as we do a lot of stuff together *smile*.

I have this dress and I ADORE it. Except that the hem completely unraveled. My Eloquii dresses always fall apart at the hem. All of them.

Oooo, post a picture of you in it? Sorry to hear the hem unraveled. This is the first Eloquii item I've liked. I've checked out their new offerings, but they seem a bit pricey for what is offered.

I don't have any pictures of me in it yet... I don't think, anyway. I'll check.

I don't like any of the new Eloquii stuff at all. And yeah, it is way too expensive.

This entire outfit kicks ass and takes names. The necklace is incredible on its own and with the dress; you have some serious statement pieces that make GRAND statements! And everything about that dress suits you perfectly!

Aw, thank you, so kind of you to say. I am in love with that necklace. Wendy Baker made it. She makes awesome statement pieces out of vintage bits and bobs.
