These aren't lace ups, but they are similar to the boot you're looking for. Not sure if it's a deal breaker or not, but Avenue has these in black available in as 10WW. They are on sale for $50.40

i think you should count yourself lucky that you didn't get these boots, they have bad reviews on osp and jlondon. i almost bought them myself until i read all about how awkward they are on. simply be had some lace up boots that are similar, but the sizes were really limited last time i checked. you should look there, though!
This is an ollld post i know, but I just have to give a rec for Dr. Marten's Triumph 1914 style -- they fit great on large calves, run wide, and are true to size. They're pricey, but I think if you can swing it, its a worthwhile investment. You can wear them laced up to the top as tall boots, or folded down. I lovelovelove mine.
