I have one of their backpacks and love it. I can't use the cross-strap because it would cut across the boobs. But it's comfy and it's in great shape after 2 years of being thrown around.
I actually bought a discontinued style uncustomized off eBags, during one of their sales for probably half off list price. So if it's the features you want, not the customization keep an eye out for sales & discontinued styles.
I don't know any brands off hands, but as a DD I prefer messenger bags over backpacks. What works for me is a messenger that that is longer as opposed to wider and either a longer than usual or adjustable strap. I also prefer a nice wide strap.
Of the brand you like I would probably go for the backpack shape but with a messenger strap. My own personal taste leans toward the distressed mailbag look.
I found that the messenger strap has not worked when I'm on the bike and throws off my balance and tends to cut into my shoulders. I have a nice one that is fine on the bus or to just carry but I can't get them to sit right or be comfortable for significant periods of time. It is entirely possible that others have had a different experience and I am willing to try it again.
I have a Chrome bag- a messenger-style one - but the workmanship is amazing. It's also pretty damn close to waterproof, which makes commuting with it in the wintery slush (usually bus or walking for me) pretty nice. And doesn't seem to show salt (knock wood).
