Hands free pumping bra advice.

I'm a new mom who is breastfeeding and I'm having a lot of issues with it. Like increased dysphoria with it (I'm non-binary identified/trans and most days am indifferent to my boobs, but sometimes really, really hate them), so I'm looking to primarily pump and bottle feed because at least he's getting breast milk still, right? I pumped exclusively for 18 months--if you need anyone to talk to about it, let me know.

As far as a bra, I am quite a bit bigger than you (54 H) and the best bra I could find for me to use was a bra I found on ebay that was supposed to be sexy. It had cut out nipples with a strong seam around the circle of the cutout and worked great to hold the shields. I used the hospital grade Medela pump as well as the Medela pump in style. I found that having the bra tighter helped hold the shields better.

Good luck, it is hard, but worth it so your baby will have the benefit of breast milk.
