There are clothes that fit a size 20 at forever 21? For some reason I thought they stopped at 14ish.

Their largest size of jeans is a 20 :) 12 and up are in the plus size section, which not all the stores carry but it is available online and you can do a search for the nearest brick and mortar store with plus sizes on their website. Also, some of the 3x stretchy stuff is a bit more generous, so I'd say some items would fit up to a 22/24.
