Target Mossimo Dress: Has this been available to buy?

So I was browsing Target's website almost a month ago and this dress really caught my eye. And no size has been available for purchase online since then (I check almost daily), I haven't even seen it in-stores either

I've also been checking the site regularly for that dress. I check for it at every Target I go to and it's never there. It's very aggravating.

That dress is really cute! I know this isn't super helpful advice, but maybe you could contact Target to ask them what the deal is?
