Have you tried the online customer service chat to ask? I bought a dress from there a few months ago and wanted the length before I purchased, but it was not listed anywhere in the description. The CS rep was able to get me the length very quickly; I imagine they should be equally helpful with footwear as well. Very cute boots, btw!

I have purchased boots from Ashley Stewart before and they were not nearly wide enough for my 19" calves.

If the CS rep can't tell you, I'd look around for alternatives... both Avenue and the rest of the Redcats group (Roaman's, Woman Within, etc) all have wide calf boots. I looked at Avenue and they had this wedge with an 18.5 inch circumference for close to the same price - they have three lower wedge boots that might work for you. Good luck!
