#2: I'll likely never master it. My hands just aren't steady enough. The secret is a good cleanup brush and some acetone. Seriously, it does wonders. The best brush for the job, IMO is the small yellow E.L.F. concealer brush. You can get them at Target for $1 a piece. And acetone also help. Regular polish remover won't do as good of a job.
And, thank you. It's sort of an obsession with me.
