No idea of the Zenni number, but if you searched for blue frames, if they still have it, I bet you'll find it!

This is absolutely fantastic! I wish I could do something like this in my area - it looks like things went AMAZING.

Our area is a sad, sad wasteland when it comes to plus size thrifting. We have so many boutique thrift shops, but they only carry tiny sizes. Beautiful stuff, but I'm stuck to shoes and jewelry while everyone else get to try on their amazing finds. The local Plato's Closet doesn't carry anything above a size 12 and outright refuses to even buy anything bigger despite the fact that its been requested time and time again. Its a shame, because there is definitely a pretty sizable market there.

Get it? "Sizable market"? :)

A lot of our secondhand stores are the same, which is why this event was so well-received, I think.

Thank you so much for all the time you spent organizing this! I had a great time, and I also ran into old friends, and a couple of people I knew online! I have a nice pile of new clothes, including a silk shirt for work and an awesome hunters vest (all pockets), and jeans that FIT!
I am thrilled to hear that you are already planning for next year!

Yay! I'm so, so glad you had a good time and found some fun clothes. Was that hunter's vest khaki/beige? If it is the one I'm thinking of, pockets SERIOUSLY all over it, Deb gave it me to me years ago and I finally parted with it. :)

I am so sorry I missed it; did you guys donate to the Goodwill on Elm St? Because I might go browsing if so!

Hopefully I can attend next year (was laid low by killer allergies. Sad. Face.)

We did donate to the Goodwill on Elm (poor guy there didn't know what hit him!), but I've seen them trundle out those donation bins before to trucks to be sorted somewhere else, I think.
