Thank you! I'm undecided about the fitted shirt; it's very comfortable, especially with the bodyshaper. But should it be worn inside the pants, or out?

If the bottom of the shirt has a finished bottom, I'd wear it out.

You look nice! Eloquii has some good staples for office wear. I bought three sweaters and three tanks from them so far and I love each piece! :)

You look absolutely stunning in that second photo, I really like the colour on you :) Depending on your work environment might I suggest trying out a lower neck style because the v in the first photo looks great.
