I was wondering if anyone would happen to know where I could get a pair of blue overall shorts. I wear a 26/28.

I've never had a pair of overalls before, but I'm using them in a costume. Totally clueless on where I should be looking for some.

It will probably be hard to find overalls at this time of year, but you should try Dickies. I know they carry overalls and they do carry plus sizes. Perhaps you could even buy them in a smaller men's size.

depending on the costume/yr individual shape, shortening a men's pair could work.

I'd suggest getting a men's pair and shortening them.

I've ordered from The Working Person's store before, several times for my ex the mechanic. They are true to size in men's measurements, and ship quickly.

I suggest a store like Atwood's, it's like Lowe's or Home Depot, but with more of a farm concentration, vs. home. This of course goes with previous advice of shortening a pair of mens. ;)

Have you checked your local thrift stores? The little overall shorts that were so popular in the 90s seem to all ended up in thrift stores, I see them all the time!

Sears may be another good option, I got a pair there in 3x when I was pregnant. It was great because I could wear regular tshirts with them because you couldn't see them ride up over my stomach and they had plenty of belly room!
