Slipped and twisted my knee on the way home from work yesterday :(  I have crap knees anyway (hypermobile joints or something, which is something kids have and usually grow out of) but it just gave, luckily i didnt fall on my arse or anything but it was a close call.  I get why they don't grit roads that aren't main roads, but still, mine isnt some
