Through the combined strength of the whole. One alone cannot protect more than the pack, but many packs can protect the land. The town will be divided into territories and packs given that area to defend.

We work with what we have and make the most of our strengths when venturing into an unknown situation. First, we must evaluate our resources.

Even if we evaluate what we have, the town's capable of sending enough curveballs that it can become a moot point.
