Juliet avoids first days. She takes a bath. Thinks about drowning. Presses her shoulders into the bath and thinks about anchors. Hates them. Almost. You do know how easy it would be -

I love this. Positively love it. You write Juliet so well and so enigmatically it makes it difficult to explain just why exactly I like it so much. But I do, I really really do. And Jack! And his pervasive alcoholism! So good.
