If the game doesn't work it's defective; email customer service to send it back and get a refund. I've ordered several times from Yesasia and had no problems, so I don't think it's their side....

Oh man, that sucks and i feel your pain. Sorta. I bought aa dreamcast and Skies at like... the end of the DC era, and the game didn't work so i couldn't replace it cause you know... they stopepd supporting it D:

I've heard play-asia to be the better place to shop from.
