What fandom(s) do you read?
Marvel - Avengers and X-Men, Teen Wolf, Supernatural, Doctor Who,
If you could request more of a certain type of fic, which would it be?
I read all sorts of fic, so I don’t really know. Ones that hit all the emotions maybe? That balanced mix of humour and serious angst.
What is your favorite all-time fic?
I couldn’t pick one, I couldn’t even pick an all time favourite in a fandom.
Do you ever re-read fics? How about triple-read?
I definitely reread fics. Even 100k fics.
Do you prefer angst or fluff?
I love my angst. Also read a lot of fluff though, I like to mix it up. Particularly love angsty fics that manage to seamlessly mix in humour.
Do you prefer long fics or short fics?
Either. I love long fics, getting caught up in the story, but shorter ones can give as much of an emotional kick. I love shorter fics that are just dripping with atmosphere and deliver on my love of word!porn
Name some incomplete fics that you wish were completed..
Hmm… Tethers is a Derek/Stiles one that comes to mind. I’m following several Marvel fics, but they’re being updated fairly regularly.

Bucky/Steve, Erik/Charles, Derek/Stiles, Dean/Cas, Eleventh Doctor/Jack. I have been reading the first two almost exclusively for most of the last year.
Do you read smut?
I read plenty of smut. Generally prefer it as part of a longer fic or filled with emotion, though sometimes you just need porn.
What’s the most hard-core smut or kinky fic you’ve ever read (be honest)!.
Um… just reread an Erik/Charles crack/pwp fic where Erik is a slime monster and porniness ensues? I’ve read a lot of porn with varying degrees of kink and hardcoreness.
Do you read AUs?
Definitely yes. I love AUs! I tend to start with mostly cannon compliant fics in a fandom before getting into AUs. Some pairings seem to draw me to AUs more than others… haven’t read many (or possibly any) Doctor Who AUs for example, but lots with my other OTP’s. The more I read in a fandom the more I am likely to read AUs.

Oddly there are a few zombie apocalypse Marvel fics that I’ve enjoyed lately. I say odd because I’m not really that into zombies.
What type of AUs are your favorites? Give a general description.
Have a thing for Space AUs at the moment, there are some great Erik/Charles space AUs. I tend to like AUs where characters still have their powers… eg still have mutant powers/super soldiers/werewolf as relevant. Also love canon AUs where some cannon event/history is altered.
What makes you give up on reading a fic?
If it’s horribly written. I can overlook a fair bit of spelling and grammar, but once it gets too much it just throws me out of the story. Characters that are wildly out of character, particularly if it feels like character bashing. Does take a bit for me to give up on a story once I start it.
What makes you pick up a fic, what makes it sound interesting?
All sorts of things, it’s hard to say. That’s what makes writing a good summary so hard.
Name a fic that made you cry (or that made you come close).
This is the first one that comes to mind If You Must Leave http://archiveofourown.org/works/2586431 I was a babbling mess for half the fic, it’s to date the only fic in my bookmarks with a tag, and that tag is ‘only read if you want to cry’. It’s from the POV of Bucky and Steve’s mothers. I could easily find so many fics for this pairing that are fucking heartbreaking though.
Name a fic that made you laugh a lot.
This is something I like about Marvel and Teen Wolf fics, there are so many that have wonderful humour, from light-hearted fun to laugh out loud. Can’t think of any specific ones off the top of my head.

Yes. Not often out and out crack. But I do love light-hearted.

Has fluff ever made you cry? What about angst?
Yes, and yes. I love such naturally angsty pairings that when they get to have a fluffy moment it can get me teary. Of course then its usually back to angst and heartbreak… and yeah, I cry when I read.
What’s the longest fic you’ve ever read?
I just finished a 200k WIP this week (Blue and white and read all over), which is about as long as I’ve read.
What’s your opinion on reading dubious consent or no consent?
I have read it. As long as it is in the warnings I’m fine with dubious consent. I have read noncon, but generally it’s either specified as not graphic/past/mentioned only in the tags, or by an author I know. Warnings are a must.

The more out there fetishes. I struggle to read characters in pairings outside my OTP for them. Alpha/Beta/Omega verses. Mpreg
