Things have been pretty busy of late. After a month at my new job, I finished up today and start another new job Thursday. A much better job with a much better pay rate. *insert happy dance* I will be back doing GIS work for one of the Local Council's and actually using my degree. Missed you hun!!!!! I seem lost in my own world these last six months. Doesn't help that my muse has turned to dust so I'm posting almost nothing.

I think the new job will be a handful, seems like they might be all over the place with training and just what I'm meant to do. I was worried about them being super professional and how much time they would allow for learning a different mapping software than I'm used to. Instead it seems kinda slap happy which may end up worse lol. I was so good at my last job ( pre-move) that I can see myself getting frustrated as I learn how this Council does things. But I'm still excited, it is a good opportunity, and the money is great.

I just saw the rec!!! I wish my muse would make an appearance I miss writing like that *sighs*

It's a surprisingly casual office. After living all my life about 600kms from the coast, its a little weird seeing a guy in the office wearing a t-shirt and shorts cause he was out surfing on the way to work lol.

I can see it taking us awhile to get some savings again, but at least I don't have to feel guilty about eating out or going to see Avengers next week lol.

I'm not sure if adorable and badass are ever meant to appear in the same sentence together....but that's what I wanna do looking at that gifs above...
