Picking a favourite quote is near impossible, Supernatural has some truly great ones :D One of my favourite Dean ones will always be 'Driver picks the music; shotgun shuts his cakehole!' though ^__^

There's also one that I like where Sam mentions the DaVinci Code and Dean looks blank and says that he's still waiting on the movie for that one. Love it but I can't remember what episode it's from.
