Is S$438 for a new mobile phone worth it???

It's Samsung. If I sign new 18mths it's 338 bucks but since i still have my old plan, I can buy it after at least one year at 100bucks more which is 438. If not, it's 480plus if i just buy it off the shelf...

Depends on the phone... If it's not one of those cute Japanese bright colored docomos I wouldn't pay that much ~__~ Although who am I to say since I just mail ordered my iPod mini (and other stuff to go with it) and spent almost that much to them...
