It might be some sort of sticker gem.... i doubt Dara would actually get piercing there!!

probably glued on things (like how girls glue rhinestones or something to their faces). i dont think any girl in a korean pop group would get piercings there (or on their face in general. even the nose is pushing it) Korea is pretty conservative when it comes to body modification as far as i know..
