Plus the cover just makes me think "Aw, did the poor little goth girl get stood up for the prom?"

you know, the premise sounds really interesting. And I might still find it at the library if i can find it.

That sucks. It was on my Tenners challenge list. I might have to rethink that now.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I find myself in the minority amongst those I discuss books with when I rant that I can not tolerate a character who is purported to be a strong female lead and then they can not seem to think, reason, or discover anything on their own, i.e. Bella, let alone learn from what they have experienced.

I will definitely skip this book as well.
