I read this as an ARC a while back. I really enjoyed it and read it in one sitting, and it definitely made me hungry! "I am not a young white male, and the machismo of the chefs’ bantering just isn’t part of how I communicate."--> this was the main thing I didn't like about it though. For the most part I like second person, but that made it more jarring.
